Counselors & Key Leaders

Coaching & Consulting

You may be the last person...

This one-day, in-district training is perfect for schools that want to strengthen their ability to assess threats, intervene early, and build effective intervention and management plans.

It’s ideal for counselors, social workers, and members of your threat assessment or behavioral team who need to train a new member, take an experienced team to the next level, or respond to a current difficult student or troubling concern with expert guidance.

The training combines focused instruction with hands-on application, so your counselors and team walks away ready to act.

Because it's delivered on-site and completed in a single day, more of your counselors and key leaders can attend together.

That matters.

When a threat is identified and a student safety assessment begins, everyone must be using the same terms, following the same process, and moving quickly in the same direction.

Each participant will receive the complete Assess & Progress Student Safety Assessment program with procedures, worksheets, parent support materials, and personal one-on-one support from Don Shomette should they need assistance with a threat.

Your counselors and key leaders may be the last person who has a chance to prevent a school shooting.
But only if their ready.
