 While lockdowns share similarities with other drills, it is unlike any other drill. When you prepare to execute and perfect your 7-second lockdown, it’s essential to adopt the mindset that this is your fail-safe. If you haven't implemented the 7 Second Lockdown yet, consider doing so.
